"Antimalware Feature is not licensed" エラーが sav liveupdate -u コマンドを実行すると発生する

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Linux エージェントをインストールした後、sav liveupdate -u コマンドを実行すると下記のエラーが発生する。

"Antimalware feature is not licensed "

また、Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) の場合、ICDm コンソールで "At Risk" と表示される。
cafagent.log に以下のエラーがある。

Environment

RHEL 7.9

Cause

この問題は、APPLY_LICENSE コマンドが cafagent サービスから sisamdagent に到達できない場合に発生します。 

Resolution

この問題はバージョン 14.3.2533.6000 で改修されました。インストール済みの RU6 をこのビルドにアップグレードするには、新しいオフライン RU6 インストールパッケージを作成、インストールするか、インターネットに接続可能な端末であれば次のコマンドを実行します。

sudo /usr/lib/symantec/installagent.sh
