UIM portal login issue - user gets notification that his password has already expired; it then shows the "change password" link but when user clicks on it, it displays an error with no details.
Tested this with multiple user accounts and it is not working.

Please check below KB and check to extend the expiry date
OC Logon for contact users fail with 'Your password has expired. Please contact your administrator'
Password expiry is calculated based on the expiry configuration flag in days from the the last password change.
Regarding the ability for user to change password using the password expiry link after it is expired -This feature is not supported as of now.
This will be an enhancement request
