Unexpected Server Error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000 . Home ,Monitors and Reports tab is showing blank upon logging on to Endpoint Protection Manager

Environment

SEPM 14.3.x

SEPM Database - SQL Server 

Cause

User account used for SEPM to SQL database connection has expired.

You may get error "Failed to set Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager service account ACLs" upon running the Management Server Configuration Wizard on SEPM. (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager)

 

Resolution

Renew the account used for SEPM to SQL communication and re-run the Management Server Configuration Wizard on SEPM.
