Issue/Introduction

The following exceptions are found in the apm_bridge.log:

ERROR [ForkJoinPool-2009-worker-9, apm_bridge] reduceToCsIdGroupsMap: getAllGroups: Failure reading groups from UIM com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonParseException: Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (number, String, array, object, 'true', 'false' or 'null')  at [Source: org.apache.http.conn.EofSensorInputStream@2923ea61; line: 6, column: 2] -

 

 ERROR [ForkJoinPool-2008-worker-9, apm_bridge] Could not determine UIM or TAS devices to forward for profile 0 with origin . Exception: org.apache.http.client.HttpResponseException: Mar 10 06:02:24:843 ERROR [ForkJoinPool-2008-worker-9, apm_bridge] org.apache.http.client.HttpResponseException:     at org.apache.http.impl.client.AbstractResponseHandler.handleResponse(AbstractResponseHandler.java:70)

 

Environment

DX Operational Intelligence 2x or SaaS

UIM version: 20.4 + OI connector version: 1.50 + Apm_bridge version: 1.07

Resolution

1) install uimapi probe

2) restart the apm_bridge probe
