If you would like to submit an Enhancement Request, please open a ticket and submit the following information

 

• Describe the NetOps deployment in detail

• What component products of NetOps (PM, Spectrum, NFA, VNA, MM)

• What release versions are installed

• A detailed description of the requested enhancement

• A detailed description of the problem or difficulty the enhancement is intended to resolve

• What is the loss to the business without the proposed enhancement?

• Are there any monetary or other punitive issues without this enhancement?
