Service failed to start "JVM exited while loading the application"

Service failed to start with below Windows error popup:
The c2ow.log shows "JVM exited while loading the application There were 5 failed launches in a row, each lasting less than 300 seconds. Giving up. There may be a configuration problem: please check the logs."
Release : 4.3.X
Java got upgraded during OS patch activity.
Check the c2osvcw.conf file under "..PAM\server\c2o\bin" for the current java path configured.
Verify the mentioned path is valid or not.
If not update the above file with correct java path as mentioned here.
