Issue/Introduction

Sylinkdrop.exe は、デフォルトでは Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) クライアントの以下のインストールディレクトリに存在する。

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\14.x.x.\Bin\Sylinkdrop.exe
• C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\14.x.x\Bin\Sylinkdrop.exe

SEP 14.3 RU5 以降 Sylinkdrop.exe が上記パスに存在しない。

Resolution

SEP 14.3 RU5 以降では、Sylinkdrop.exe はインストール ディレクトリに含まれなくなりました。

以下のコマンドを使用して、新しい sylink.xml を適用できます。

smc -importsylink <sylink.xml のパス>

Sylinkdrop.exe は、サポートポータルからダウンロードできる完全インストーラーファイルの Tools フォルダー、もしくは Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) のインストールディレクトリ配下の Tools フォルダーから入手できます。
