The option to restore a file from quarantine locally in the Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) client is grayed out and locked

To unlock this option the Antimalware Policy must be unlocked in the ICDm cloud portal. Once unlocked the option to restore from quarantine is available.
Note: Only users with admin permissions or power users can use the feature, if you are a standard non admin user the lock will be always shown up despite the policy is unlocked
