Issue/Introduction

The option to restore a file from quarantine locally in the Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) client is grayed out and locked.

Symantec Endpoint Security

Resolution

To unlock this option the Antimalware Policy must be unlocked in the ICDm cloud portal. Once unlocked the option to restore from quarantine is available.
