Issue/Introduction
Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.3 RU3 / RU4 クライアントのインストールがエラー 1603 で失敗する。C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Install\Logs\SIS_INST.log には下記が記録されている。
