AIOps RESTMon 2.2 on VM is not ingesting alarms in DX OI on-prem

Issue/Introduction

Restmon2.2 is not ingesting alarms in DX OI on-premise 

In restmon.log the below errors are reported:

2022-09-13 23:59:22,109 [Stream-Process-Thread - 2] ERROR ProfileHandler:43 - obm_push~~obm_push islive = false as further processing could not be completed with in the given duration.

Environment

- RESTMon 2.2

- DX Operational Intelligence on-premise

Cause

In RESTMon 2.2 we replaced the DB local with a new microservice (ODC lifecyclemanager) that needs to be deployed in DX OI, this is a new prerequisite for RESTMon 2.2

Resolution

1. Download latest RESTMon version from the support site 

2. Deploy ODC lifecyclemanager microservice in DX Platform setup as per documentation:
