Is SOI 4.2 CU4 compatible with Spectrum 22.2.2?

The below matrix only lists up to CU3.

Spectrum/SOI connector 2.0.0.259

Resolution

1. Additional steps are required to support CU4 on the spectrum connector host only.

Make sure that the connector is at the CU3 level.

Make a backup copy of:

C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\jre-64

After installing CU4 on the same host, replace the new

C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\SOI\jre-64

With the one you saved from CU3

Start Integration services to bring the Connector services UP and Running.

 

2. Install the patch on IFW (Spectrum - SOI connector) as per the below KB article to get the SouthBound sync issue resolved
