Issue/Introduction

Boot Disk Creator is unable to create a configuration in Ghost Solution Suite and returns the error:

Error copying File

Environment

GSS 3.x

Cause

In one instance of this issue, the cause was found to be a corrupt install of WinPE 10.

Resolution

Reinstall the WinPE/ADK and reimport to this in Boot Disk Creator. The reimport will require changing prebootos.ini in the Bootwiz folder on the express share (C:\Program Files (x86)\Altiris\eXpress\Deployment Server\Bootwiz) to "Installed=False" for any version that needs to be reimported.
