When I did a query, my Excel crashed and I chose a forced shutdown, but now the Add-in doe not work anymore and I’m not able to Uninstall and Reinstall the file.
I’m trying to delete the add-in in program files and excel. It seemed to work so I reinstalled the file, but I can’t find the add-in in the taskbar.
Do you know how I can approach this issue to fix it?
This issue is due to the uninstallation procedure not being performed correctly.
The Excel usually shows crash/not responding because they are querying the database. so we shouldn't close them hard, we need to wait till they are back (AVG time is 1-10 mins/ Sometimes, it also depends on your query condition)
To Uninstall Excel Add-in, The users need to go to the control panel and then uninstall the Excel Add-In. This is the correct way for the installer file to be completely removed from your PC. Please don't hard delete the files on your PC.
Before you re-install the add-in, be sure your system meets the following requirements
Download & Install the attached CAAgileCentralAddinForExcel_2.4.4.msi installer on your PC. (See in the attachment section)

Key Points to Remember:
1. The add-in is not supported with the Mac version of Excel.
2. If the machine on which you are installing the add-in does not meet all the prerequisites mentioned above, the installation will fail.
