Issue/Introduction

Edge SWG (ProxySG)/ASG  is not able to join AD domain. The following error is displayed:

Cause

Time between Edge SWG/ASG and active directory server is not synchronized.

Resolution

Synchronize time between Edge SWG/ASG and active directory server. This can be done by configuring the same NTP server on both Edge SWG/ASG and active directory server.
