Why are my AAI log files not updating even with the service running and processing events?

Environment

Linux

Resolution

The user that installs AAI will own the files and folders within the installation directory.

If you start the AAI service with a user that does not own the files, the log files will not update.

To get the log files to update again, stop the service and start it with the user that owns the files.
