SEDR Web コンソールで SEPM が 200 以外の HTTP レスポンスを返す

Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) Web コンソールで Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) コントローラーを設定しようとすると、"SEPM returned non 200 HTTP response" というエラーが表示される。

Resolution

ログの確認:

1. SEDR のログを取得して central_manger.log を開き、"Error when trying to connect to SEPM" で検索します。
2. 下記のようなログが記録されていることを確認します。
   

   SepmAuthenticator - Error HTTP Response from SEPM for authentication. Response : 401
   SepmCommunicationMgrImpl - Failed to connect to SEPM. Most probably because of bad/invalid certificate
   SepmCommunicatorRemoteImpl - Error when trying to connect to SEPM. Exception : {"errorCode":"401","errorMessage":"Domain ''{0.EN_US}'' is disabled."}:name=ERROR_HTTP_RESPONSE_NOT_OK, description=Sepm returned non 200 HTTP response. There was an error.

3. SEPM の <SEPM インストールパス>\tomcat\logs\catalinaws.out を開き、"domainDisabled "で検索します。
4. 下記のようなログが記録されていることを確認します。
   

   ERROR com.symantec.sepm.server.common.exception.handler.GlobalControllerExceptionHandler - EXCEPTION: error.login.domainDisabledcom.symantec.sepm.core.exception.AuthorizationException: error.login.domainDisabled

5. SEPM コンソールで [管理] タブをクリックします
6. [ドメイン] をクリックします。
7. 表示されたドメイン名を確認します。ドメイン名は SEDR コンソールでドメインを指定するのに使用します。

対処：

1. SEDR Web コンソールにログインし、[Settings] - [Global] を選択します。
2. [Endpoint Communication Channel, SEP Policies, and Endpoint Activity Recorder］までスクロールします。
3. [Add server] をクリックします。
4. 適切な情報をすべて入力します。
5. [Domain] セクションには、SEPM で確認したドメイン名を入力します。ドメインがデフォルトの場合は「デフォルト」と入力します。
