Autosys agent can not be started due to out of memory error

Customer has already followed the KB and increased the heapsize but does not help.
How to set heap size for the CA WA Agent.
The runner_os_component log showed that it was unable to update the database file.
We renamed the database folder
Restored the oscomponent.jvm.x.options to the default value
Restarted the agent and now it staying up.
