Many windows servers are showing their agent is offline in the CARA dashboard.

The agent might be unreachable because the execution server it reports to is not connecting properly with the management server.
First try stopping the NAC and NES services and then clearing:
activemq-data\nac\LevelDB (NAC)
activemq-data\nes\LevelDB (NES)
