All versions of Windows 10 after 20H2 show up as version 2009 in Resource Manager as seen here:

Symantec IT Management Suite versions 8.5 RU4, 8.6 RU1, and 8.6 RU2 support the management of Windows 10, version 21H2 client computers.
Support for Windows 10 21H2 is natively supported in ITMS 8.6 RU2, and in ITMS 8.6 RU1 and 8.5 RU4 once the following point fixes have been applied:
