During upgrade test to CWP-S 2.0.1.42, the onboard account got removed from the CWP-S configuration

Issue/Introduction

The onboarded storage account on the controller got removed (not the storage account itself, only the onboard for scanning) after upgrading to the latest version following:

Is this expected behavior?
