DX OI - How to download RESTMon in onpremise?

I am unable to download RESTMon from DX OI Downloads page, I get an error that the page cannot be displayed
What is the correct process to download RESTMon in an onpremise setup?
Environment
-RESTMon
-DX Operational Intelligence on-premise
Resolution
1. Log in to the https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/productdownloads?subfamily=DIGITAL%20OPERATIONAL%20INTELLIGENCE
2. Select your product release and service pack
3. Download the RESTMon Container <Latest Version>.zip file using the appropriate download option – HTTPS Download or Secure FTP Download.
