Issue/Introduction

Unable to download the RESTMon latest version from the Downloads page in DX Operational Intelligence On-Premises 21.3.

On clicking the DX RESTMon link in the Download page, the error “The page you requested couldn’t be found” is displayed.

Environment

DX Platform, DX Operational Intelligence 21.3 On-Premise

Connectors: RESTMon 2.1.6 On-Premise

Resolution

You can download the RESTMon package from the Broadcom Support site, follow the below steps:

1. Log in to the Broadcom Support site.
2. Click My Downloads in the left pane.
3. Search for Digital Operational Intelligence using Search by Product Name field.
4. Select Digital Operational Intelligence and then expand DX Operational Intelligence MULTI-PLATFORM.
5. Select the following options:

• • Release: 21.3
  • Service Pack: 1

     6. Download the RESTMon Container <Latest Version>.zip file using the appropriate download option – HTTPS Download or Secure FTP Download.
