How to deploy a JS calculator in DX APM ?

DX Application Performance Management 21.3.1
Resolution
The javascript calculators page is hidden in 20.2.1 and 21.31
You can append "/extensions" to the APM URL like: https://apmgw.foobar.com/1/apm/atc/#/extensions
then you will be able to upload, download, delete and edit all your JS calculators.
Here is an example:
NOTE: In SaaS, there is already an option to access the extensions page
