Issue/Introduction

After upgrading from Datacom/AD 14.0 to 15.1 via an active MUF upgrade , MUF startup shows  

S0008 DBSRPPR: Initializing Source Cache
S0008 SCINIT: Source Cache PLAN Created
S0008 SCINIT: SCP Table Not Found, Source Cache Not Initialized

Environment

Cause

Not all steps from the active MUF upgrade process are completed. The process is documented in Datacom/AD 15.1 Active Upgrade from 14.0

Resolution

Run ACT.INSTJCL members AXACTDD1 and AXACTDD2 to complete the upgrade.
