Some keywords defined in EDM are not detected as policy violations

Issue/Introduction

Some keywords are not detected in EDM policy i.e. on, once. per etc. 

Cause

These keywords are included in the "stopwords" file which is located in %Enforce%Protect/config/stopwords. 

Stop words are words that are considered common and are not added to an index. Hence, these words will not be detected. 

Resolution

If you want these common words to be detected, follow this workaround. 

Remove the desired words from the "stopwords" file and restart the services.
To restart the services, refer to Article ID: 159970 (Restart DLP Enforce services in the correct order).
Then index the EDM.csv and test.
