Can I upgrade Apache to a newer version, outside of a SEPM upgrade?

Release : ALL Apache/SEPM installations

Certain versions of Apache are reported to be vulnerable.

Resolution

No, Apache should not be upgraded manually outside of a SEPM upgrade. Upgrading the SEPM is the only supported method of upgrading Apache.

Manually upgrading Apache is not recommended, and not supported.
