The Service End Date is located in the Account tab of the VIP Manager.
Expired VIP accounts is at risk of losing the VIP Service beyond the Service End Date.
An expired account will go to an 'Inactive' state after 30 days. After 30 days, an account is at risk for permanent deletion.
To avoid any service disruptions, organizations with a VIP account near or past the Service End Date should contact their authorized Broadcom reseller or Account Manager to request a temporary extension while the renewal is in progress.
