Jaspersoft content export performance

Issue/Introduction

Trying to export the Jaspersoft content and find that it takes very long time (about 2-3 hours). Having lots of content, saved report exports on this environment, and performance is slow. It has not been cleaned for a while. Other environments are fast.

Release : Any Supported versions

Resolution

1. Backup your custom content on this environment and follow the steps to Recreate Jaspersoft organization
2. This will reset the content and make the environment fast once again by removing old data that's not needed.

Note we do not recommend to perform this on a Production environment without Broadcom Support request
