Issue/Introduction

The Pure storage array profiles  are in error state at admin console with the error below:

Unable to retrieve remote data.
Message: Profile Failed verification due to error java.lang.exception
Resolution: Please check your connection details and retry
Error Code: VM-001
Click OK to close Dialog
Click Retry to attempt to save your configuration again.

  • Release: 20.3
  • Component: purestorage probe

Resolution

  • Deploying java_jre 2.07 to the robot with the Pure Storage probe resolves issue.
