CA IT PAM Can´t connect to IMAP for Mail Triggers

Issue/Introduction

I tried to connect CA IT PAM to IMAP, but after configure the connection I see the next message in log:

2021-09-13 15:26:45,156 WARN  [com.optinuity.c2o.wsd.trigger.smtp.SMTPMailClientService] [ service thread] Unable to initialize IMAP connection to imap.gmail.com

Cause

This behavior was seen while attempting to use Oracle JDK 1.8.0_u281. 

Resolution

Reverting from Java 1.8.0_u282 to 1.8.0_u162 has solved the problem. For additional java version compatibility information please see the following knowledge base article: Java Compatibility of Process Automation
