Issue/Introduction

There is a "No Input" warning in the health monitoring status tab for the Power Supply.

There are two power supplies and only one of them is giving this warning.

However physically both are working fine and in the Sysinfo both power supplies are shown as ok.

Resolution

As a first step of action, if it`s only a warning in the health monitoring status but physically both power supplies are working, please perform the power cycle and then check again the status of the appliance`s power supplies in the health monitoring menu. If it does not change the status, please raise a technical case and share the screen shot of the health status warning along with the Sysinfo and the Event logs of the appliance with Technical Support team.

Once the Service Request has been opened and the number has been provided to you, you can use the following procedure to upload files to Symantec support.  **Please Note**  All upload items are not required on all cases.  Please use these instructions and upload the items that are requested in your specific case.

First, open the web interface and navigate to Maintenance / Service Information / Send information / Send Service Information

In the "Service Request Number" box, enter the service request number (Your Technical Case Number) to which you would like to upload files to and click send after creating the Technical Case.

Here are the different options and what they represent

SYSINFO

The Sysinfo is necessary for all support cases. It includes configuration (network, content-filtering, policy, licenses), hardware information (memory, CPU, network cards), statistics, and other important information

Event Log

The event log is also necessary for all support cases. It includes events and alerts that can give clues as to issues that might be occurring on the ProxySG.
