API-1019 error in project grid

Issue/Introduction

Suddenly, when I want to go to the project grid, I cannot access it. I have started having an error like

"API-1019: The request could not be processed due to an internal error."

I can access it when I use the browser in Incognito mode though

Cause

Clarity cache got corrupted

Resolution

Flush Clarity server cache
