Cost Plan Actuals are not appearing

Issue/Introduction

We have transactions posted and can see them on the project's Posted Transaction Review page but we do not see them in the actual cost plan.

Environment

Release : 15.9.1

Component : CA PPM FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Resolution

• Make sure the plan dates cover the dates of the transactions
• Make sure the actual costs are not on another line on the plan (such as an unplanned line)
