Issue/Introduction

LU02169 looks like a PTF that has no solution.

Resolution

This is correct.

LU02169 is not a PTF. It is a "PEA" - Product Error Alert, informing the user that there is a problem with LU00620.

This problem is resolved by LU03331.

One of the pre-requisites of LU03331 is LU02768.

LU02768 has a problem of its own which is resolved by LU03543.

If any of the above mentioned PTFs are being applied, then all of them must be applied.
Bottom line: ensure that LU03331 and LU03543 and any pre-requisites are applied.

Note also that LU02768 updates IDMSMSVA and therefore it must be refreshed with CAIRIM.

There are no known problems with all of the above PTFs applied.
