Where does max units on the resource sheet view in Microsoft Project (MSP) get pulled from in Clarity? This impacts the units for an assignment when assigning a resource to a task in MSP.

Resolution

As referenced at: Set the Default Mapping to Assignment Units in Techdocs "The Max % Load in the resource sheet is based on the date on the allocation that corresponds to the project export date. For example, today is December 31, 2017 and the allocation segment is set to 25 percent for December 15, 2017 to January 15, 2018. Then, the Max Units are 25 percent when exported to MSP. To see the full allocation details, double-click the resource name from the resource sheet and review the Resource Availability."
