DX OI - Spectrum Data Publisher not sending inventory, error code: 503

Issue/Introduction

After spectrumpublisher starts we can see below ERRORs in the log:

Environment

DX OPERATIONAL INTELLIGENCE SAAS or 21.x + SPECTRUM SERVER 10.4.2.0 + SPECTRUM DATA PUBLISHER 10.4.2.0

Cause

The 500 errors are coming due to the old version of Spectrum Data publisher, some API's data are not compatible with latest OI SaaS

 

Resolution

Upgrade to Spectrum Data Publisher 10.4.3.1
