Open for time entry removal issue when using MSP

Issue/Introduction

A couple of resources (Team members) on one project keep having open for time entry removed on the Team/Staff tab unexpectedly The issue happens any time you

1. Open the project in Microsoft Project (MSP)
2. Makes a change
3. Saves the project back to Clarity.
4. View the Open for Time Entry value for the Team member in Clarity

Expected Results: The resource's Open for Time Entry value on the project should be checked (set to Yes)

Actual Results: Open for time entry is unchecked (changed to No)

What could be the cause of this issue error with a resource being closed for time entry?

Cause

This appears to be due to some type of project workstation corruption and / or access rights issue

Resolution

Remove the project from the workstation using the steps at :MSP: Troubleshooting for one project on one Machine

This has been seen when a project has a sub project. If your project has any subprojects, be sure to remove those from the workstation as well using the steps in the KB above as well.
