Issue/Introduction

What is the maximum message size and file attachment size supported by the PGP Encryption Server (Symantec Encryption Management Server)?

Resolution

PGP Encryption Server 11.5 and above
PGP Encryption Server 11.5 and above provide a total message size of up to 50MBs. 
This means that both the file attachments, and the body of the email can be up to 50MBs in size combined.

PGP Encryption Server 11.0.1 HF1 and below
In versions of PGP Encryption Server 11.0.1 and below, the maximum attachment size is 15MBs for the individual files, and a total message size of 20MBs combined.
