Symantec Encryption Management Server (PGP Server) 10.5 runs on CentOS 7, 64-bit. The PGP Server will install on any system that is certified to run on CentOS 7 as a general rule. The PGP Server could be installed on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, or other cloud solutions, but are not officially certified.
PGP 11 is also looking to get this same certification, with the underlying OS being Debian 11.
A request has been submitted to certify SEMS 10.5 and PGP 11 on Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and other Cloud solutions.
If you would like to install the PGP Server within AWS, Azure, or other Cloud Solutions please submit a new ticket to Symantec Enterprise Support for further guidance.
