Issue/Introduction

How to change your Name, Address and contact number in the Broadcom profile so the Technical engineer/Non-Technical Rep can contact you for your cases.

Note: This option is only applicable to Upgraded/Enterprise users with Support/Site id access. Basic Users can update the contact Number using Upgrade option on the Portal.

Resolution

Please follow the below instructions:

  1. Log in to Broadcom Support portal at https://support.broadcom.com/
  2. Click on the drop-down next to your name on top right-hand corner and go to 'My Profile'


  3. Click on ‘Edit’ to update your address and phone number


  4. Enter Valid address & phone number to be contacted by an engineer and save


Note: 

  • Once the Contact number is updated it will reflect in your profile as well as on your Cases in Case Management.
  • For Company Name change in your support portal profile, please create a case using the customer care webform.
  • For Email address change in your support portal profile, we encourage you to create a new account with your new email address.
