How to change your Name, Address and contact number in the Broadcom profile so the Technical engineer/Non-Technical Rep can contact you for your cases.
Note: This option is only applicable to Upgraded/Enterprise users with Support/Site id access. Basic Users can update the contact Number using Upgrade option on the Portal.
