Error SCRTTOOL428 from ISV SCRT reports if include Tailored Licensing Statements

Issue/Introduction
With your new licensing agreement you are required to provide a ISV SCRT report. You have followed our guidelines and included the ISVLIB DD statement pointing to the CAS9SCRT member of CAW0OPTV, otherwise it is the same job with the same controls for the run that you use for IBM.
The problem is that you use Tailor Fit pricing with IBM and it seems that the ISV report will not run with that on. You are looking for guidance in what to change in the ISV run (just removing the Tailor Fit controls?) so that you can produce your report. Here is the message that comes out of the SCRT report.
SCRTTOOL428: ENTERPRISE TAILORED FIT PRICING IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH: ISVLIB
SCRTTOOL003: PROCESSING COMPLETE
Cause
Enterprise Tailored Fit Pricing statement is incompatible with Broadcom's ISVLIB when running reports
Resolution
Either use the Broadcom supplied JCL, CAISCRT, as provided in the CAW0JCL library, or comment out the statement when using IBM's JCL.
