How do you resolve message: TRCE017E -UNHANDLED ENF ERROR TERMINATION RC=08(28)?

Steps to correct the TRCE017E message:

Please enter in MVS command F ENF,EVENT

The following events should be active and record status:

 CHDUJV2S       
 JOBINIT 
 STEPTERM
 JOBTERM
 JOBFAIL
 JOBPURGE
 MEMTERM

If not all active, running ENF from CCS 11, you will need to run member HD11ENF from CA Jobtrac's SAMPJCL. Ensure JOBPURGE is one of the ALTER statements. If not, need to job.
