Issue/Introduction

Is there any recommendation, known issue or limitation when using LDAP authentication?

Resolution

LIMITATION

- LDAPS authentication is not supported

 

KNOWN ISSUES:

 

- LDAP users and groups are stored in the internal cache that refreshes upon login to DX Platform, if you modify a user or group in the LDAP repository, the changes are not visible in DX Platform until the associated user logs in again.

 

- If you are using DX Platform 23.x, apply latest HOTFIXES:https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/277040/aiops-23x-onpremise-hotfixes.html
