Issue/Introduction

Message VAN0289E ACB SAMSACB  did not Open, Error Code 5A in the  CA Vantage Started task log.

Cause

PARMLIB(CONFIG) parameter COMP=SNA  is causing this if VIEW/3270 is not being used

Resolution

PARMLIB(CONFIG) parameter COMP=SNA can be changed to a comment if VIEW/3270 is not being used
