Redirecting to port 8382 - This site can't be reached

Issue/Introduction

I log in to DX NetOps (CA PC) and then navigate to NFA console.  While in NFA console I click the "Sign Out" link in top right corner.  I get redirected to https://<hostname>:8382/sso/sign-out.jsp?SsoProductCode=ra and I get a message saying "This site can't be reached". NNFA is configured to use HTTPS.

Resolution

If NFA is meant to be using http rather than https, see the following article:

If NFA is using https, do the following:

Download the ApplyHTTPS.zip script from the article linked below

Unzip the file and select Run As Administrator from command line 

Run Applyhttps script on NFA and configure for https.
