Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Encryption Management Server has the ability to create a report for aging systems or non-reporting computers.  For example, if you would like to create a report that will provide you all machines that have not checked in within the last 20 days, this report will help you do that.

Resolution

To be able to do this, login to the SEE Management Server.  On the left side of the window look for "Non-Reporting Computers".

In the example below, we want to see all the machines that haven't checked in within the last 7 days.  Once you enter this amount, click "Run" and you will see the systems applicable for this value:

In the above screenshot you'll also notice if you right-click on the report and choose "Configure Columns Displayed", you can select or deselect columns to help customize your report:

You will also notice in the screenshot you can export the spreadsheet above into .csv format to further analyze the reporting.
