Default user setting Unit of measure for new UX

Issue/Introduction

The PPM new UX allows to set general setting for user in NewUX to set unit of measure to Hours.

In classic PPM using Project management settings an admin can set default unit to hours.

Is there a way to set it to days by default for everyone, verses individually?

Clarity PPM 16.2.1

 

Cause

This is working as designed

Resolution

As per the current design, there is NO global setting to default work unit at the global level. The UI personalization configuration currently (till clarity 16.2.1) is designed to store data in table cmn_ui_personalizations  at an individual user level.

In 16.2.2 a new global setting will be introduced in MUX > Administration > System Settings > User Defaults 

The Unit of Measure can be set for new users
