Issue/Introduction

Is it possible to publish the highlighted process/service name in a separate filed in ServiceNow?

 

i.e affected CI:tabasminagent.exe or affected CI:Windows Time

This capability is currently not possible, below, userstory has already been opened for this current limitation:

US699733 -  Be able to create a new custom Field in SNOW incident that includes UIM process name
