You need to know how to find or locate your Broadcom Support Site ID.
Note: The Site ID process has recently changed, and the old request form is no longer available. When accessing the old form, you will see the message, "The page you requested is under maintenance." Instead, follow the process below for assistance.
The Site ID — also referred to as Support Site ID, Support ID, Enterprise Site ID, SID, or just Site ID — is located in the Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) email from Broadcom Software Delivery at the close of your contract or contract renewal. This email is sent to the "Technical Contact" on the contract.
